A Ring Around the Sun for Me

Today was the Cachinnator's birthday. As Emma Sometimes noted, I'm just a young pup. As Beeki noted, I'm slouching towards the grave. I guess it's all in the eye of the beholder.

Speaking of something being in my eye, I spent a bit too much time today staring at the sun. That's because there was a halo around it. I'm still not sure why it appeared so, and I'd love any information anyone might have about it. Euph? Anyone?

Anyway, it was a rainbow halo and it was awesome. Here are some pictures I got while searing my retinas:

This'll be my last year in my 20's and I'm okay with that. The only difficulty I have with moving towards 30 is the same thing that I mentioned last year: I've grown very accustomed to being "impressive for my age."
